To ensure the highly technical, next-generation vehicles are properly repaired to manufacturer specifications, leading Automakers are taking bold steps to ensure that collision repair providers have the proper tools, equipment, training, and facilities. All essential to the vehicle's fit, finish, durability, functionality, value, and safety.
Collision repair providers can become Certified Collision Care providers, officially recognized by leading Automakers, and use these powerful credentials to make a distinction in their respective marketplaces. Best in class repairers can't afford to miss out on the opportunity to be Certified Once and Recognized by Many.
Receive official FCA Canada recognition! You will be designated as an official "Mopar Certified Collision Repair Facility." Upon Certification, your shop will receive a special sign from FCA Canada for interior use.
For a limited time, early adopters will pay the initial fee of $2,950 (CAD) for the Certified Collision Care annual certification. This Certification will include all OEM Certification- Recognitions that are added during the inaugural year. All participation is optional and elective. Annually, shops will have the option to select basic renewal and in addition, elect various OEM Certification-Recognition, marketing programs, and any related fees as they are added and offered in the subsequent years. This excludes any specialty vehicle programs.
As an added benefit, participating shops are only required to pay a non-refundable $1,000 (CAD) deposit at the time of enrollment with the balance due upon process completion and official Certification.

1. Enrollment - Register
Review the terms and conditions for participation and enroll
2. Business Information
Enter shop business information to complete your business profile critical for Key Performance Indicator (KPI) comparisons, benchmarking and tracking.
3. Process Deposit
Process deposit of $1,000 (CAD) for enrollment in Certified Collision Care.
4. Business Capability Assessment
Assess the collision repair center’s capabilities against the list of Certification requirements and standards. *
5. Score & Evaluation
Receive a score that illustrates any deficiencies in becoming Certified. It is part of the ongoing business improvement process.
6. On-Site Inspection-Audit
An inspector will audit your body shop and ensure proof of compliance with photos and documentation.
7. Marketing & Promotion
To ensure your collision repair facility continually gains value from Certification, various marketing and promotional tools are available.
